Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of purchase upon receipt for a refund. We happily accept returns of unwashed and unworn merchandise with original packaging, with no deodorant, make-up or other liquid stains, as we reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.  

METHODS FOR RETURNS

To begin

Click "Submit Form" and enter your order number and email above. Select the items you're looking to return and fill out the necessary details.

CREDIT

• ALLOW 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER
• Allow 72 hours for the credit to appear on your statement.
• You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing

WRONG ITEM, COLOR OR SIZE

If we shipped you the wrong item, you will not be charged a restocking fee.  

To Begin:

Process a return and send an email to info@vanjmedapparel.com including a picture of the incorrect item, packing slip and order number.

Please Note    

• All embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.
• On Sale items and Apparel are Final Sale and cannot be returned for a refund.
• VANJ Medical Apparel is not responsible for shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other additional charges for returned items.
