Eligible items can be returned within 15 days of purchase upon receipt for a refund, but we reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise. Canadian customers may request an exchange or return items for store credit within 21 days of the purchase date. Both Canadian and International customers can exchange items directly, but customers pay the shipping cost. 

Please note that product merchandise already on sale at our store is non-returnable or exchangeable per its description. Printed or embroidered items are also final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
